INED’s mission is to enhance and facilitate the exchange of innovative strategies, tools and techniques among the national and international development agencies.
HistoryThe International Network for Economic Developers (INED) was conceived in 1995 to promote and enable an international exchange of information, experience and best practices among international economic development practitioners and organizations. INED’s members are nationally recognized economic development membership-based organizations across the globe. Our member organizations are actively engaged in the revitalization, creation, retention and expansion of jobs and wealth within their communities. Some of our members include:
INED encourages similar organizations to join the network and participate in an on-going dialogue with leaders in the field of economic development.
